The hotel rooms are spotless and airy with 2 TVs, fresh 'new' cheese plus balcony. There is a marvellous breakfast for a start.

Staff were accommodating, atmosphere was quiet, it had marvellous location just off the centre of Viseu, town center with bars and bars and restaurants. I had comfortable days staying at this family-friendly hotel.

I booked the double room with street views, everything was good. - the hotel's position was unbeatable and magnificent, so close to the downtown area. - Dessert restaurant Gelataria San Remo located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The hotel was spotless, and I was pleased with the double room I booked that had lovely street views. Its location near the downtown area was fantastic. Plus, discovering the dessert spot Gelataria San Remo just 1 km away was an enjoyable surprise.

It was based in very good building in an exceptionally nice location, quite close to the center. Every member of the staff was affable and courteous👌❤

I stayed at Hotel Jose Alberto for one night and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The dining area was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and polite, providing excellent service. The hotel provided ample power plugs in the room, along with a decent number of pillows and bathroom accessories. The private parking space had a reserved handicap spot, which was appreciated. The elevator functioned well, making it easy to navigate the hotel. Hotel Jose Alberto provided great value for its 3-star amenities.

This hotel is a great find! It's conveniently located near the historical part of town, as well as cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and come with nice extras like a balcony and two TVs. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The continental breakfast included in the price is a great added bonus.
